Kickboxing is a striking discipline that combines the punching techniques, footwork and head movement of Western boxing with the powerful kicks, knees, elbows, and clinching techniques of Muay Thai. Rather than relying on static movements, it teaches practitioners how to generate explosive power from the ground up while maintaining balance and defensive awareness. Training involves dynamic partner drills, conditioning, and pad work. Kickboxing provides an elite cardiovascular workout that builds lean muscle, functional strength, and practical self-defense skills.
To ensure safety and proper technical progression, classes are categorized as follows:
Open Classes: Designed for everyone from complete beginners to active practitioners. These are technical sessions that focus on conditioning, footwork, fundamental striking mechanics and combinations, and high-energy pad and heavy bag work. There is no free sparring during these sessions.
Advanced Classes: Reserved for experienced practitioners, with at least 1 year of experience. These sessions introduce more complicated striking combinations, defensive counters, timing drills, competition strategies, and controlled situational sparring. Participation requires prior Coach’s approval.
Live Rounds: These sessions focus on technical sparring. Designed for safe, skill-focused development, these sessions allow you to refine your timing, sharpen your decision-making, and build live-action confidence at a controlled intensity. Participation is completely voluntary, giving you the space to practice your techniques and progress at your own pace.
