By signing this agreement, you authorize Central Combat Sports Inc. to charge all membership fees and related costs to the payment method you provide. All fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable once processed.
Membership payments cannot be paused. Any declined or insufficient payment will result in a $10.00 fee plus the outstanding balance. After one failed payment, you or your child may not attend classes until the balance is paid and a valid payment method is provided.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations made within the first two weeks of membership are not subject to a cancellation fee. After the first two weeks, a $60.00 cancellation fee applies. After one year of membership, the cancellation fee is waived. Cancellation requests must be submitted at
centralmma.com/cancel. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized. Cancellations will take effect after three business days.
All members and guests must follow all facility rules, policies, and safety guidelines. Programs, schedules, and hours may change at any time without notice.
Out-of-town visitors are not eligible for membership. Private lessons or short-term passes must be purchased instead.
Central Combat Sports Inc. may terminate any membership at its sole discretion, including for rule violations or harmful behavior.
Members are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment or property. These costs may be charged to any payment method on file without notice.
