Access keyfobs must be returned within 3 business days, or a $20.00 replacement fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

Cancellations require up to 3 business days to process. Any recurring dues scheduled to draft within this 3-day window may still process as scheduled. Memberships past the initial 14-day trial period are subject to a final exit fee equal to one biweekly payment at your current rate. Any past-due balance or applicable exit fee will be charged to your payment method on file to finalize your account closure. If this final charge declines or fails, you must immediately provide a valid payment method. Any unresolved balances may be sent to a collection agency at your expense.
