Any unpaid or declined payments must be settled before your cancellation is complete. Payments scheduled within the next three business days may still be processed and are non-refundable. If your membership is beyond the two-week trial period, a $30+HST cancellation fee will apply. All fees will be charged to the billing account on file. Any unpaid balances may be sent to a collections agency.
